Sotech Asia was appointed as the main contractor for an expansive residential development in the heart of Phuket City, reflecting our commitment to excellence in construction. The project comprises 84 thoughtfully designed two-storey houses, blending contemporary aesthetics with practical functionality to meet the needs of modern homeowners.
Sotech Asia undertook a comprehensive redesign of all buildings, applying advanced construction methodologies, including precast concrete wall panels, precast floor panels, and a prefabricated roof system. These techniques enhance structural durability while accelerating construction timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery on schedule.
All precast and prefabricated components were manufactured in-house by Sotech Asia, allowing stringent quality control and seamless integration into the construction process.
