Gardens of Eden – Update #2

Sotech Asia is pleased to report the successful completion of the entire basement structure for Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, including all footings, basement floor, and basement walls.

With the basement works now fully completed, the project has progressed seamlessly into the next construction phase. Preparations are underway to commence the ground floor structure, which will be executed using a bonded post-tension system. This method ensures enhanced structural performance, long-term durability, and optimized construction efficiency.

The project continues to advance on schedule, reflecting Sotech Asia’s commitment to quality workmanship, technical excellence, and timely delivery.
