Sotech was appointed as structure contractor for Gardens of Eden’s mega condominium project in Layan Phuket, second phase, building H. The 7-storey building rises to 23 meters and has a total construction area of 10,000 square meters. The building is supported by pile foundations and the structure features concrete flat slabs for each floor combined with a bonded post-tension system for enhanced strength and efficiency.
The second phase offers 455 modern residences with direct pedestrian access to the shoreline via a private path. The entire ground territory of the project is car-free: upon entry, all vehicles are directed to convenient underground parking, ensuring a safe and tranquil environment for residents.
