Sotech was chosen as the main contractor for Intira Villas new development consisting of 16 villas in Phuket. All villas follows Intira Villas smart contemporary and functional design concept. All 2 and 3 bedroom villas are set in an L-shape around the private swimming pool, with a covered parking at the front. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom is at the back with an additional bathroom. The third bedroom is either at the back of the villa or next to the main entrance depending of the shape and size of the land plot. Sotech also design and built the entire infrastructure for the whole project including main road and complete project drainage. All construction drawings and as build drawings was produced by Sotech’s in-house architect and engineering team. The villas use a flat slab structure system combined with re-enforced steel columns. All flat concrete roofs have been installed with quality waterproofed membrane, external main roofs use imported asphalt shingles. Walls, internal and external, use Q-con bricks for good insulation and every villa is fully air conditioned.
