Gardens of Eden – Update #3

Sotech Asia is pleased to report significant progress on Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, with the successful completion of the second floor structure and the advancement of works to approximately fifty percent (50%) of the third floor.

Following the efficient transition from the basement and ground floor phases, construction has continued at a strong pace, supported by the implementation of the bonded post-tension system. This approach continues to deliver enhanced structural performance while maintaining high levels of efficiency across all ongoing works.

The project is progressing rapidly and remains firmly on track for completion within the planned timeline and budget. This steady advancement reflects Sotech Asia’s ongoing commitment to precision, quality execution, and effective project management at every stage of construction.
