Gardens of Eden – Update #5

Sotech Asia is pleased to announce the continued advancement of Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, with approximately fifty percent (50%) of the sixth floor structure now successfully completed.

Progress on site continues to exceed expectations, driven by highly coordinated construction sequencing and the ongoing implementation of the bonded post-tension system. This advanced structural methodology continues to deliver superior efficiency, precision, and structural integrity, allowing the project team to maintain rapid floor-to-floor progression while ensuring exceptional construction quality.

As Building H rises closer toward its final structural levels, works are progressing seamlessly across all active areas of the development. The project remains firmly on schedule, reflecting Sotech Asia’s dedication to disciplined project management, engineering excellence, and the consistent delivery of world-class construction standards throughout every phase of the build.
