Sotech was appointed as the main structure and prefabrication contractor for Sansiri’s Base Height condominium project in Phuket City. The 14-storey building rises to 40 meters and comprises 358 condominium units, supported by bore pile foundations. The structure features concrete flat slabs for each floor combined with a bonded post-tension system for enhanced strength and efficiency.
Over 900 prefabricated concrete wall panels were produced and installed by Sotech, ensuring precision, quality, and accelerated construction timelines. The development offers three condominium layouts: one-bedroom studios ranging from 29 to 34 square meters, two-bedroom duplexes from 52.5 to 53.5 square meters, and two-bedroom apartments of 56 to 57.5 square meters.
Designed in a Modern-Sino style, the project features a spacious lobby with a 6.5-meter ceiling, complemented by communal amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and sala, providing residents with both comfort and luxury.
