Gardens of Eden – Update #4

Sotech Asia is pleased to report continued rapid progress on Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, with the structure now reaching approximately fifty percent (50%) completion of the fifth floor.

Construction is advancing at an accelerated pace, with each floor being executed efficiently through the continued use of the bonded post-tension system. This methodology ensures optimal structural performance while enabling faster cycle times, contributing to the project’s strong upward momentum.

With the structural works nearing their final stages, the project is moving swiftly toward completion. Sotech Asia remains fully committed to maintaining this pace while upholding the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety across all remaining phases.
