This modern three-storey Dental Clinic, designed and built by Sotech, offers over 5,000 square meters of functional and thoughtfully planned space. The facility accommodates up to 35 professional dentists, ensuring ample room for both clinical operations and patient care.
Our team not only delivered the structural design and construction but also crafted all built-in furniture, including decorative feature walls, office partitions, glass dividers, and dedicated children’s areas—creating a fully integrated environment.
At the heart of the building is a striking open atrium, designed in a contemporary style and enhanced with separate garden spaces on each floor, bringing light and a sense of calm to the interior. The exterior design combines a dramatic three-storey glass façade with a bold box-shaped main structure, highlighted by a strong contrasting color scheme that gives the clinic its distinct architectural identity.
