Sotech was appointed as the main contractor to deliver a turnkey solution for the Anda Beachside Hotel in Karon, Phuket. The project comprises two five-storey buildings totaling 40 guest rooms.
The building structures were redesigned by Sotech and constructed using prefabricated structural wall and floor panels, all fabricated, transported, and installed by Sotech to ensure precision, quality, and efficient construction. Each building is equipped with two elevators and a swimming pool located on one of the upper floors.
Sotech also completed all interior works, delivering a fully integrated solution that combines structural innovation with high-quality finishes throughout the hotel.
