Sotech Asia was appointed as the main contractor for Skhai’s latest residential development in Phuket, comprising eight stylish garden pool villas designed in line with Skhai’s signature smart, contemporary, and functional concept.
The development features a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom villas, each with a private swimming pool and landscaped garden. Villas range from 125 to 228 square meters of built-up area, with all bedrooms including en-suite bathrooms finished with premium fittings and high-quality materials throughout.
During construction, Sotech Asia implemented design enhancements, including revisions to the roofing and drainage systems. Our in-house architectural and engineering team produced all shop drawings and as-built documentation to ensure precise execution and attention to detail.
Construction specifications include flat concrete roofs with high-performance waterproof membranes, and internal and external walls built with Q-con bricks for superior insulation. Each villa is fully air-conditioned, providing optimal comfort in Phuket’s tropical climate.
