Project Detail
This 250-square-meter, two-storey villa is designed in a functionalism architectural style, emphasizing clean lines and practical living spaces. The roofing combines skillion asphalt shingles with flat roof sections, each fitted with high-quality waterproof membranes for long-term durability.
The villa is finished entirely in white, both inside and out, creating a bright and minimalist aesthetic. All wood materials were imported, with doors and skirting spray-painted on-site for a seamless look. At the heart of the design is the main staircase, finished in a soft orange earth tone and complemented by a sleek stainless-steel railing—serving as the villa’s architectural centerpiece.
High-quality aluminum windows and doors, finished in a modern grey tone, add contrast to the design, while the three bathrooms feature polished cement walls in subtle, earthy colors, enhancing the contemporary yet functional character of the home.
