Sotech was appointed as the construction management company for this 49-unit condominium development, totaling 5,000 square meters. The project features a harmonious blend of architectural styles, with four traditionally inspired two-storey buildings complemented by six contemporary three-storey buildings.
Each three-storey building includes a private rooftop garden, complete with a lounge area and jacuzzi, offering residents an exclusive space to relax and enjoy. At the heart of the development lies a striking two-level swimming pool, serving as the centerpiece of the property and enhancing the overall resort-style atmosphere.
Sotech oversaw every aspect of the project, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality finishes. Our scope included the construction of all structural works as well as interior built-in furniture, loose furnishings, swimming pool systems, elevators, and IT systems—delivering a fully integrated and turnkey solution.
