Sotech was appointed as the main contractor for the development of Intira Villas’ new 16-villa project in Phuket. Each villa reflects Intira Villas’ smart, contemporary, and functional design philosophy.
The 2- and 3-bedroom villas are thoughtfully arranged in an L-shape around private swimming pools, with covered parking located at the front. Master bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while secondary bedrooms are positioned at the rear, accompanied by additional bathrooms. Depending on the plot size and shape, the third bedroom is either located at the back of the villa or adjacent to the main entrance, maximizing both privacy and functional layout.
Sotech also designed and constructed the entire infrastructure for the development, including the main access road and comprehensive drainage system. All construction and as-built drawings were produced by Sotech’s in-house architecture and engineering team.
Structurally, the villas employ a flat-slab system reinforced with steel columns. Flat concrete roofs are finished with high-quality waterproof membranes, while external main roofs are clad in imported asphalt shingles. Internal and external walls are constructed with Q-con bricks for superior insulation, and all villas are fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.
