Sotech proudly delivered New Patong Square, a landmark hotel and shopping plaza in the heart of Patong, Phuket, providing a full turnkey solution from concept to completion.
The project features a seven-storey hotel with 175 elegantly designed rooms spread across 10,000 square meters, complete with a basement, two elevators, and a second-floor swimming pool. The adjacent shopping plaza includes 27 one-and-a-half-storey retail units, each offering 86 square meters of premium commercial space.
Sotech also developed and executed the entire interior design concept, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish throughout the property. This project highlights Sotech’s expertise in delivering large-scale, integrated hospitality and commercial developments that combine design excellence, functionality, and luxury.
