Sotech was chosen as the construction management company to complete this 49 unit, 5,000 square meters, condominium project. The project is a combination of four traditional styled two storey buildings and six three storey modern styled buildings. All three storey buildings have a private roof top garden with a lounge area and jacuzzi. All buildings are adjacent to the huge two level pool areas that is the centerpiece of the property. All construction works was under the supervision of Sotech including; interior furniture, interior loose furniture, swimming pool systems, elevator system and IT systems.
