Project Detail
This unique 2,000-square-meter fun park, built by Sotech, features the renowned Upside Down House as its main attraction. The structure is engineered with a robust steel beam framework, securely welded and bolted together for long-lasting stability. Architectural finishes include cement brickwork, cement rendering, and cement board wall cladding, ensuring both durability and design precision.
Given the upside-down concept, the roof was designed as an almost flat surface, complete with a waterproof membrane and integrated drainage system. Inside, Sotech executed the full construction and installation of the imaginative upside-down interiors, working closely with the owner’s creative vision to bring the concept to life.
Complementing the main attraction, the project also includes a 950-square-meter hedge labyrinth, a coffee shop, retail units, and a dedicated parking area—making the fun park a complete entertainment destination.
