Sotech proudly designed and built the “Fight Factory” for our long-term client, Unit 27—one of Asia’s premier training facilities for professional fighters. Spanning 500 square meters and fully air-conditioned, this cutting-edge gym combines functionality, comfort, and performance under one roof.
Engineered for peak training conditions, the facility features double-wall construction with air pockets, double-glass windows, and insulated prefabricated roofing to keep the interior cool and comfortable. A high-capacity 450,000 BTU air-conditioning system with industrial-grade ventilation maintains optimal temperature and humidity, even on the busiest days.
The highlight of the gym is the only full-size MMA cage in Southeast Asia, making it a landmark destination for fighters and enthusiasts alike. With its advanced design and premium facilities, the Fight Factory showcases Sotech’s ability to deliver high-performance, specialized sports environments that set new standards in the region.
