Sotech Asia was appointed as the Construction Management Consultant for the development of Phunawa Resort in Karon, Phuket.
The completed resort-style condominium project comprises 49 residential units across approximately 5,000 square metres. The development combines four traditionally inspired two-storey buildings with six contemporary three-storey buildings.
Sotech Asia did not undertake the physical construction works. Our responsibility was to manage and supervise the appointed contractors, coordinate the different construction packages, monitor quality and progress, and guide the project through to successful completion.
