Gardens of Eden – Update #4

Sotech Asia is pleased to report continued rapid progress on Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, with the structure now reaching approximately fifty percent (50%) completion of the fifth floor.

Construction continues to advance at an accelerated pace, with each floor being delivered efficiently through the continued use of the bonded post-tension system. This advanced structural methodology supports improved performance, faster construction cycles, and strong upward momentum across the project.

With structural works progressing steadily toward the upper levels, Building H continues to move closer to its next major construction milestones. Sotech Asia remains fully committed to maintaining this pace while upholding the highest standards of quality, precision, safety, and site coordination throughout all remaining phases of the project.
