Gardens of Eden – Update #3

Sotech Asia is pleased to report significant progress on Building H at the Gardens of Eden mega development in Layan, Phuket, with the successful completion of the second floor structure and the advancement of works to approximately fifty percent (50%) completion of the third floor.

Following the efficient transition from the basement and ground floor phases, construction has continued at a strong pace, supported by the ongoing implementation of the bonded post-tension system. This advanced structural methodology continues to deliver enhanced performance, improved construction efficiency, and reliable floor-to-floor progression across the project.

The project remains firmly on track for completion within the planned timeline and budget. This steady advancement reflects Sotech Asia’s continued commitment to precision, quality execution, structural integrity, and effective project management at every stage of construction.
