This is a 700 square meters, two storey villa in postmodern design. The villa has a flat slab roof with an integrated rain drainage system and a quality water proof roof membrane installed. The facade of the villa is completed in cement plaster with some sections by wood paneling and polished cement. The interior features flooring by wood, tiled and raw cement. Interior walls are a mix of cement plaster with wood paneling sections and bathrooms walls finished in polished cement. The villas windows are in white aluminum color and entrance doors in solid hard wood. The villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining, kitchen, study and a maid’s quarters.
